YES ITS AWESEOM!! i live in canada so we have had it here for a very long time and everyone i know swears by it. if you follow the directions at the first sign of a cold your cold is cut in half and not nearly as bad! i have started to take it daily (you can do this safely, just 1 vitmain) and i havnt had a cold for the past year!! its awesome stuff, really.
the way it works is 3 vitamins 3 times a day for the first day
then 2 pills 2 times a day for the second
then 1 pill 1 time a day for the third
or something like that! if you do that it WORKS!!! good luck!!!
