I've never been to a holistic or herbal doctor appointment. What should I ex!
Question: They will assess you as an individual, by looking at your diet and lifestlye, they look at you as a whole and deal with whatever issues you present to them, by either iridology, live blood analisys, saliva testing and some do a whole lot of other stuff, but mainly they talk to you about your concerns and work out the best treatment for you. There is lots of info on the net that you should be able to look up and get an idea from also.
Most importantly go with an open mind and enjoy the experience and always go to one that comes highly recommended as this is a good guide. Everyone is different and every experience is different.
