Mistake number one-taking zocor!!!!!!!! Fish oils are proven to be much more effective without side effects or making big Pharma rich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are a stickler for what these docs.(???) tell you then take Coenzyme Q 10 with your zocor!!!! That is one of the effects of zocor in the liver-the depletion of this enzyme!! The manufacturer of zocor is supposed to tell you on the label to take CoQ10 with it !! That is what really helps you and essential fatty acids (fish oil )!! Big Pharma scams again by pushing their drugs !!

Fish oil helps. It comes in pill form. Just a suggestion; if you decide to try this keep them refrigerated. They can cause you to have a bad taste in your mouth and refrigeration reduces this. Also oatmeal can lower cholesterol.
