Then it looks positive to helping sleep.
I don't know but I do know one thig that works, that is run, jog, work out, whatever that gets your body moving & gets rid of the excess nervoud energy, esp. getting fresh air.
Exercise has been known to release the fel good chemicals & also deals with the nervous, hyper energy that sometimes prevents sleep.
even if it means walking around..
u will be so exhausted at the end of the day that you will just drop off.
I don't know for sure, since I don't know the pharmacology of it, but I would suspect that since it is touted as an appetite suppressant, it is a mild stimulant, so would make insomnia worse.
