Yeast infection?

hello all i was just wondering is it strange for a 13 yr old to get a yeast infection e.g thrush

I would not call it strange. My Daughter kept having it all the time when she was small and I could not figure out why till one day my mother told me to check her sugar. You can guess how shocked I was to see that my 4 year old test showed 365. I took her to the Dr. immediately. So needless to say she is a diet controlled Diabetic. If her she has alot of sugar now she still gets a yeast infection. So have her tested for Diabetes or at least talk with her Dr about your concerns.
