okay this is what my period has been like the last few months
april 23rd-27th
May 27th-31st
June 22- present
so am i regular ? or irregular and what is my cycle 28 or 34 day cycle ?

Your cycle is slightly irregular at the minute, but not hugely - a lot of women have slight variations from month to month, very few people have an exact 28 day cycle.
Between April and May, your cycle was 35 days but between May and June your cycle was 27 days.
Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about it, particularly if you only started your periods within the past couple of years or if you have come off the oral contraceptive pill within the past year or so.
If you are trying to conceive at the minute, the best thing you can do is to forget about the "4 day window" and when you are ovulating and simply have unprotected sex 2-3 times a week every week. Doing this, 90% of couples become pregnant within one year. If you don't, that's the time you should consider seeking medical advice, but not before.
