Severe irritability and PMS?!
Question:
Severe irritability and PMS?
Just wondering how many other ladies out there experience severe PMS symptoms?
And how long before your monthly do you usually begin to experience symptoms?
I'm just asking because I feel so irritable and wound up right now, but my period isn't due for another 5/6 days, and I've been irritable now for about 4 days, and feeling sad at the same time too. Some months it's ok, and then others, I really just want to be left alone.

Ahhhhh I have horrible PMS symptons. I have severe pains about a week before my period, my breasts hurt, my stomach aches and I'm in such a moody mood!
