2 periods in a month plus spotting?!

Question:

2 periods in a month plus spotting?

I had my period like normal at the begining of the month and it lasted 6 or 7 days like usual. Then less than 10 days later I had some spotting for a day and a half and it stopped completely. A few days after that I got my period again, and its really heavy. Its been 3 days so far and it hasn't slowed down. Any advice?

i dont have any stress in my life at all so it cant be because of that... I started exercising a bit more than a usually do but thats about it

Also- I have noticed for the past few years I will have these horrible clumps really bad when I have my period.. I'm not too sure what they are...
