i need help.... how can you loose 5kg in 1 week or less?
i need help! plz tell me how!

If you lose it that quickly, it may return, but here's a plan:
1. Try jogging for 45 min in the morning, 4 times a week.
2. Eat 6 small meals every day
3. Eat very clean: veggies and 3 -4 ounces of boiled chicken breast or fish. A little fruit before noon with breakfast.
4. NO starch, wheat, rice, potatoes, or diary.
