Did I swallow a rock?
My tummy feels like i have a rock inside of it. It has felt upset all day. I get hungry but after I eat I just want to throw up. Its almost a crampy feeling. its in my upper left of my abdomen just below my breast. what is this? i have never had stomache problems before.
