Yes and no. A rare few will lose just by using Armour for their hypothyroidism, but its not the norm. What Armour does, is allows you to now lose weight with diet and exercise. You must have your free t4 at least midrange and the free t3 high in range to make weight loss easier and relieve most symptoms.
