Please help!?

Ok so last weekend I started having signs of a UTI. So I went out and got some azo and have drank lots of water and cranberry juice. I have finished the pills and can pee no with out the urgentcy..but it don't burn when I pee now but all the time. And when I wipe it there is what looks to be old blood. I am not having any discharges and my urine doen't have a weird oder what is wrong?? I am 22 and have a steady bf and we both have been check for std's and are both clean.
