this is a normal side effect for most women.
the change in hormone levels about a week before the menstrual cycle to right after it ends, can cause weepiness,agitation,anger,crav... fatigue
some women have it so badly (like me) that they suffer from a condition called PMDD and have to take medication for it (yaz birth control pills usually does the job).
women with pmdd can be unbearable to live with-they become severely depressed (sometimes suicidal),irritable-snapping at everyone around them for NO reason at all, and cry at everything.these symptoms vanish once the cycle has ended.
