Posted this before...but got a few answers.embarrasing question?

I am 12 and I will be receiving a physical in a month or two.
I've had some sort of vaginal infection for over 2 years and I bleed from my rectum/urethra alot.Its soooo embarrasing...but im sure its from there, and its a good amount of blood.p.s. it doesnt hurt so its not anal fissure or anything.It's happened 2 times this week.[which is alot] usually its not even once a month.It seems like I've had my period once?[it lasted four days and it didnt come from the rectum/urethra =D.]
But that was almost 3 months ago.What should I do?I feel like I should mention this at my physical.What could this be?Is it worth being embarrased?Is this easily treated?My mother doesnt know.What would you do in this stuation?

Ask the doctor! It could be a number of different things. You have to remember that doctors and nurses really don't find that kind of thing weird or strange... they are used to hearing peoples issues and want to help you be healthy and relaxed. If you don't want to tell the docotor ask the nurse she will be able to answer some questions and might be able to bring it to the doctors attention if you are too embarassed to do so. If you are SURE it's not your period you need to say something.
