I know I already have my period.

If I get cramps does it mean my period has come back again?
And also I got more discharge then I normelly do.
Does that also mean my period is comming?

I am getting cramps on my left side. And the discharge seemed to stop (comming out a lot).

sometimes you get cramps on one side or the other two weeks after your period thats the side you ovulating on and it can really hurt if there is no reason for it see your gp for a check up.
