I am 11 years old 5'5" and weigh 130 lbs!! I know thats seriously overweight because my doctor told me about a month ago (I was like 117 lbs) that I was at a perfect weight. What can I do to loose all the extra weight. I want to be at 115 lbs by September. HELLLLLPPPPPPPP

How did you gain 13 pounds in one month. I think your dr. is probably more concerned about that. You just need to watch what you eat...don't overdo the caloric intake and exercise daily.
