Yeast infection?
This is kinda gross but I thought I had a yeast infection and used Monostat cream. I still have itching and redness and sort of a thick white discharge. I don't have an STD or anything I know that for sure so should I use another batch of cream?

A yeast infections is stimulated by our diet. If you cut out anything that issweet and starchy you shoud be able to feel relieved of the ichtyness and redness and discharge. I know I used to have one. You need to stick to a strict diet. There is a product on the market at the health food store that you should get. It is for Candida. It has all of the supplements necessary for your body when your body is unbalanced like that. The diet instructions are inside the box. Ask for it at your local health food store and they should know what you are talking about. There are also cookbooks for candida and the diet book also in the bookstore.
