How much weight can I lose by Sep?
I wanna lose about 20-25 pounds by Sep. do you guys think I can do it?
Answers:
Unless you are already really close to your goal weight, you should be able to lose 20 pounds by September if you eat a healthy diet and exercise often. The more you have to lose, the faster the weight tends to come off. If you are already fairly slim you may not be able to lose that much by September.
