For one thing, you're not going to lose any weight by only eating 170-200 calories a day. Your body is going to think it's starving, therefore your metabolism is going to slow waaaay down, and your body won't be able to burn any fat that way. The best way to lose weight is to eat about 5 small, HEALTHY meals a day. A lot of fresh fruits and veggies, whole wheat, and protein. Cut back on the sugar, and junk food. Keep drinking water, because that's good for you and will flush out your system. And you NEED to exercise. Yes, you can lose a bit of weight by just changing your diet alone, but you're not going to be able to keep it off, or even lose as much weight has you want. You want to do cardio (like walking, running, aerobics, etc) at least 3 to 5 times a week, for at least 30 minutes a day. I know it's hard, especially if you hate exercising, but it's the only way to lose more weight faster.
So, yeah. Eat at least between 1,500 and 2,000 calories a day, and exercise. You most likely won't lose 70 pounds in just 4 months, but the weight will come off eventually if work hard enough and keep up on a strict diet.
So quit that starving yourself thing. No offense, but it's a stupid thing to do, and in the long-run, it's only going to give you poor results, and a lot of trips to the doctor for the many health problems doing that is going to cause.
