Why is it that some times my breasts are firm and some times they are not, like they are squishy I guess. It goes back and forth. Why??

Hormones :-)
It really is that simple, estrogen causes the ducts in your breasts to swell so at certain points in your menstrual cycles when your body is producing more estrogen the breasts will be firmer.
