Question: Do you be ashamed and what do you do?
When your nipples poke out in public. I don't wear padded bras, so I put nipple pads in my bra sometimes.

It's not a huge deal but it embarasses me if it does happen because I feel like everyone is looking at my nipples. If putting nipple pads in works fine for you just keep doing it.
I wouldn't say i wear padded bras, but they are "molded" I guess you could say, and they are kind of thick. I just cross my arms if I feel they may be sticking out. But it's only if I shiver or something.
umm..I always wear a bra so that hasn't happened to me. But yes it would embarrass me..hence the bra wearing.
