Is it true that girls only grow 1-2 inches after their first period?!

Question: Is it true that girls only grow 1-2 inches after their first period?
I got my 1st one on Jan. 7 and my second on Feb. 10. I'm 4'11. How much taller will I get?

Answers:

yea it's actually pretty true! By the time women reach their period they only grow a little bit after. So you will probably only grow a couple more inches. It also depends what age you are. I think girls are about what they will be for the rest of their life at like age 15

The calcium in milk is very important, but keeping your body in the best of shape with exercise and eating from all of the five food groups is also very important.
My brother and I are among the tallest in the family and we ate lots of foods most wouldn't... salad, broccoli, lima beans, kidney beans... with decent portions of meat, bread, etc. Basically, the five food groups.

I've been using it as a height booster for several months now This stuff is great, It is rare for a product to live up to its advertised hype. But this one actually does. It Works as advertised. Also, this specific product advertises improved joint health. I injured my knee and could find no relief, but after 3 weeks of using it I no longer have knee pain. I have tried other height gaining products, but I have seen the best results from this product. My height continues to grow.

it depends on how tall your family is. if they're tall, you'll most likely be tall, same goes for short.
but you'll grow. I started when I was somewhere between 4'8 and 4'10 and I'm 5'3 now. But it also depends on how old you are when you start. Assuming you're about 12 you should have a few more inches to go

That's not really true. It is true that growth in height tends to slow down after we start our periods, but it doesn't stop entirely until you're 18 or so.

I had my first period at 9 years old, at which point, I was around 5 foot tall. Fully grown, I'm now about 5'4".

Take a look at your parents. You'll probably be similar to your mom in height, or maybe taller.

No, you don't stop growing until about eighteen. If you stopped growing until after your period, all the women in the world would be a LOT shorter than they actually are.

no. i got mine when i was 5'1
i'm 5'4 now
you don't officially stop until about 23
but generally at 18

No, ive had mine for about four years, and when i started it i was about 5'3-5'4 now im 5'9.

No, I grew over 6" after my first period.

no, no it's not true...i can't tell you how tall you'll get?
