i was told it was ok to eat before the sonogram, but how long before it can i eat?
Answers:
Any length of time before, technically you could even eat something while in the waiting room waiting to be called. The key thing with a Pelvic US is to have a full bladder for the test. Try your hardest not to pee before the exam. If you do, you may have to wait longer or even be rescheduled. Best thing to do is to drink 16 oz. of water 1 hour before your test.
