Question: When should i switch from a tampon to a pad?
I've heard that when you where a tampon you should alternate form tampon to pad. I just wanted to know if that was true or not and if it is when do you switch?

It's utter rubbish, use whatever makes you most comfortable...
That is not true, you don't have to. Some women prefer to wear pads at night, but you do not have to and many women choose not to.
You do not have to switch to a pad at any time during your period, just make sure that you change your tampon regularly =]
i wear a tampon non-stop for the first maybe 4-5 days of my period. then i wear pads for the last two when it's a bit lighter..
I never heard that. I guess you could wear a pad at night in bed.
