Question: I haven't had my period ?

I had first period on January 15, (2011) and it lasted for 7days. I heard you get it about every 28 days but it's been over that and I still haven't gotten it. It's getting really annoying because I keep wearing pads for no reason. Howcome I haven't gotten it again yet? I'm twelve so yeah.

It's normal. In the beginning you will get very irregular period (and even skip a month) until it settles. After that you'll get regular period that lasts about 5 days (it depends of the person...everyone is different) the same time every month. So for now instead of wearing your pad you can carry it with you and wear panty liner (i love Always breathable every day pantyliner-the purple box. They have a good protection for the ''just-in-case'' while being very thin)

Don't freak about it. I am 17 and still haven't regulated. Just if you go more than 2-3 months without it you will need to contact your primary physician.
