A maximum of 8 hours. I think as long as you change AS SOON AS YOU GET HOME.

to be safe, i would only wear it for about 6 or 7 hrs. it really depends on your blood flow. but NEVER keep it in for about more than 8 hrs. thats cutting it close. since i hated putting in tampons @ school, what i would do is wear a tampon for whatever time, go pee and whatever, and then put a pad in. or wear a tampon and a pantiliner, and just take the tampon out @ lunch or a break or whatever. hope this helps!

i would say max 8 hours but i do not suggest that you leave it in that long if you have a heavy flow as you may begin to leak. its best to practice so you can become more confident in changing at school.

That I know of, u suppose to change it every 4 hours.
Other wise it will get pretty full.
