irritation or uti? 10 points?!

Well it all started long time ago but the main thing is that about 2 months ago my bf and i had really rough sex i was drunk during tht sex i remember that i think i wanted to pee but didint thruu the whole nite next morning i woke up with burning verry strong couple days later i went to the doctor and he said tt i dont have an infection but still prescribed antibiotics for me i didint finish them bcuz i felt better i had about 10 pills left so i had sex again but in a position that i knew would mke me burn the next day i again wake up with burning couple days later i used canesten it helped but after 2 days again same thing i also hae itchines and freuent uritation i know tht me and my bf have no stds we were tested if anyonw can help me in any way please do so thankss
