Question: How to get out of phys. ed. on Monday?! Please help me?
I'm going to be on my period on Monday and we're doing GYMNASTICS!!!! How the hell can i get out of doing it?! It would be soooo awkward because we have to do cartwheels and headstands and I don't want blood flying everywhere :/ oh my god please please help me :/

Oh and don't say use a tampon please... I know it doesn't hurt but I'm gonna have cramps anyways.. I just really don't want to do gym. I'm in grade eight. HELP

Answers:

You have 5 choices:

1.tell your teacher you forgot your P.E clothes.
2.ask your parents to write a note excusing you from P.E.
3.act really sick the night before and in the morning.(great for tests too,but only if you start the day before)
4.tell your teacher you don't feel well.
and finally the hardest one 5.tell your teacher you have your period and can you be excused.

You can purposefully not bring your gym clothes if it's that big of an issue. But I think you're making a big deal out of it. A lot of people don't know that exercising can actually HELP you while you're on your period. Being physically active helps decrease cramps and make you feel less sluggish. You can always wear long, winged pads if you don't want to wear tampons. PE also isn't that long, and gymnastics sound fun, doesn't it? Blood won't be flying everywhere, I promise, lol. :P

Tampons or large pads (like the overnight ones) are great to use. I'd try to help you get out if I knew the cramps would be bad, but exercising helps cramps so you're better off going to gym if you want to feel better. Good luck!

say you forgot your gym clothes.
thats what i did. lol
