Question: My period has lasted me 9days and im worried!?

Usually my periods last me 4days with a 5days maximum but I have started a birth control pill for the first time eever and this is the 9th day of me being on it! This is really unusual as I've never had this and I dunno if this is expected of my period for the time while I'm on my pill or that its just me :/

Any comments will be helpfull thanks.

that seems like your body is reacting to the BC pills. It probably is nothing to worry about too much but for your own peace inform your doctor - sometimes a phonecall could be enough to ensure that he/she doesnt think it is anything serious either.

Birth control affects everyone differently. Some women stop getting their period(ie. usually a sign of future weight gain) and others get irregular periods. Just be the look out for usual sign that can cause major concerns that you should speak to your doctor about.

maybe that's because of the birth control pill effected? i dont know.
i think it will come soon.
or maybe u should go see doctor.
