I'm not sure what you consider "bad", some things can be unhealthy but not "bad".
It's your vulva, or vagina if talking about internal genitals, no shame in saying the correct words.

Itching at your age is most likely down to one of two things;

1. Yeast infection, there is yeast present within your vagina and sometimes this can overgrow, particularly if not washing often, washing too much, washing with soaps or washes, using liners, wearing tight or synthetic clothing - basically anything chemical near your genitals or any situation where your genitals are being made warm and/or moist may cause infections like these. You should go to your doctor to confirm if this is a yeast infection, or get over-the-counter yeast treatment.

2. Vulvovaginitis, general irritation of your vulva, again soaps or anything chemical down below can cause this as the tissues of your vagina and vulva are like your normal skin only without the top protective layer, this means it's a lot more sensitive so chemicals can cause irritation or sensitivity. Make sure you're only washing with water and avoid bubble baths if you take baths. To ease the itching get over-the-counter vaginal irritation creams, or yeast infection creams, which will ease it.

It sounds like an yeast infection. Go to the doctor so they can check. If you can ask for the pill since you have never done anything "bad" the over the counter treatment will be very painful. I had one before I ever had sex and could not stand the pain of the treatment. If you cant afford it ask your mother to take you to planned parenthood because they will give you the medicine for free. It is not just a place for pregnant women.

Could be anything from yeast to maybe your mom switched laudry detergent and you are allergic. I've had that happen.
Talk to your mom about it. YOu have nothing to worry about if you have never done anything "bad."

sounds like a yeast infection don't worry it is common you can try airing yourself out wear bathrobe and no pants or panties around house

You might have yeast infection go to the doctor an get it checked out.
