What exercises will help get rid of my period?!?!


Question: What exercises will help get rid of my period?!?
Basically i've had my period for 2 days and in another 2 days i am staying the night with my boyfriend,
I know you can't ''get rid of a period'' but exercise seems to be the best speeding up remedy, so what exercises would be help a lot?! I've been doing crunches and working my abs so far and some quick brisk walks, What else?! Thanks a lot! X

Whoever answered above me is wrong...I have my period for like 6 or 7 days. I'm guessing your period length is the same or longer, because you wouldn't be asking if your period was to be over by then, right?

As for your question, there is no exercise to get RID of period, but there are exercises to get rid of period CRAMPS. Which is just like, running or walking.

But there is no way to make the flow less at all. Or every women would be doing it, right? You'd see like a ton out in the park, it'd be like a sign saying "Period Day". lol



No exercise will get rid of your period.

Birth control pills lessen the flow though.

If you drop your body fat percentage below the norm, you will no longer get a period.



I have never heard that exercising will rid you of your monthly cycle.
You will have been through 4 days by the time you stay overnight, so it should be almost done.
