The oil can cause condoms to perish so it should not be used in conjuction with condoms. Use KY jelly other suitable lubricant instead if need be. I'm sure there are other brands available at the Pharmacy.
Yes it can, & no there is no problem usually with reaction. Probably could be the rare case of allergy.
