If you use a tampon, it is perfectly okay to go swimming!. Your period should not limit you to doing things like sports!. If you need for information on tampons, I would ask another question or go to www!.beinggirl!.com!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
wear a tampon!. If not, its still ok, your perios will not come out in thwe water, however, once you get out, it will be a bit messy so rush off to the lockers and make sure you are protected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, just wear a tampon!. :) I wear them all the time while I swim!. If you've never worn one try Playtex Sport tampons!. They're SO comfortable and easy to put in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
