I need to stop my periods?!
Question: I need to stop my periods!?
I'm going to Peru soon on a school expedition for 1 month and the last thing I want while I'm there is my periods! So I want to stop them until I get back to England!. I want something that doesn't involve dayly tablets like the Pill though, so maybe an injection!? Does anyone know one that stops periods for 2-3 months!? Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get yourself the depo provera shot and that should stop your period for a few months!. Some women however, do have break through bleeding with it though!. Ask your doctor about your options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why would you want to mess your cycle up like this!?
Going on any sort of birth control shot or pill at this time is no guarantee of a stopped period!. A large majority of people actually have continued spotting and irregular, heavy, frequent periods after starting some sort of birth control!.
You can either deal with having a period once ever month, or take your chances and mess your cycle up and wind up continuously bleeding for 2 months straight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
