I have never taken Microgestin 21, but from having talked to others who have done the pill (not necessarily that brand) that have had problems with breakouts!. These breakouts that you are having could be related to the pill, but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
