Question: Is it normal to have a heavy period every now and then!?

I'm really wondering if it's normal to have a really heavy period every few months if it's usually not so heavy!?
if so then what's the reason!?and what can I do to compensate the big amount of blood I'm losing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it's normal, and you really aren't losing the blood, because the blood collects in your uterus throughout the month, so you don't lose it all at once!. It slowly gathers on the days that you aren't on your period!.
