Question: I put a tampon in the last time I got my period, but now I'm afraid to!?
I got it last month, and used tampons, it was my first time, but it felt kind of normal!. But I'm afraid to do it now, I feel as if it will be way different!. It feels like it's my first time again, but I really want to get away from pads!. Help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do it!! all you have to do is take your time and remember to relax!! relaxing is the the key but it will help your muscles to not be tense and make it easier to fit the tampon in!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
