Question: Today at work, I had SEVERE cramping going across my "tubes" then extremely weak!.!.!.!?
then a big blob of blood in my panties, bright red!. I took 2 ibuprofen as I could not leave work!.!.!.the pain went away in 45min I was absolutely fine!! I'm home now, ate something and just extremely tired!. What could have been the problem!?!? I think I am just "ovulating" or is this early menapause!?!? I am 42 years old!.
O! and my period just ended LAST Wednesday!. My husband and I did have unprotected luv right after my period ended like Friday & Saturday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you had a type of ovulation type pain called mitzelschmertz (an example only)!. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
