drink a lot of whole milk, pop, and sugary stuff!. and sophie elizabeth was wrong actually, by eating several smaller meals during the day you speed up your metabolism which causes you to burn calories faster and lose weight so you will want to do the opposite of what she said!. eat three solid, hearty meals a day with lots of extra carbs (pastas or breads) and a lot of glucose and high fructose corn syrupy stuff (junk food)!. hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
I was in a similar situation, and a lot of people just told me to sit on my *** and eat ice cream, but the doctor suggested something different!.!.!.
High-calorie, high-protein!. Meat, cheese, nuts, but always make sure to balance everything with fruits, veggies, and carbs!.

first of all why do you want to gain weight, anyway drinking whole milk for a little bit might help and just eat more have like several small meals a day instead of three big ones it will help balance out the fat and calories
