I already answered this question! LOL, I'm 14, going to be 15 in October!. I started my first period in mid-june!. It was only like 4 days!. My second one was in mid to late-july and that one lasted for like 5 or 6 days!. I still haven't told my mom!. I'm on vacation with my dad and his girlfriend, and i was nervous to tell my dad, but he's a good dad, and it wasn't that bad!. I just wish he wouldn't bring it up as often as he does, which is like twice a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just got my period last month-oh wait, in June, sorry!. But the first time was really light and brown, then on July 29th, it was really heavy and BRIGHT red!. It was very unexpected and my pad leaked after only four hours!. Be ready for that in case it happens to you!. I just wrote her a note and she was all oh wow and she hugged me and everything, then we went shopping for pads and liners!. My first and second period were both 2-3 days long!. My second one (the heavy one) tapered off on the third morning, then at night it was completely gone!. Just be ready and don't be scared or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just started in June, I'm 13 turning 14 in November!. I was SO nervous to tell my mom, but I was glad I did!. My first period lasted over a week!. My advice, change that pad/tampon every 4-5 hours so you stay fresh and clean!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i told my mom when i saw brown stuff
in my panties!.
i wasnt shy, since me and my mom are close!.
it ended 8 days!!!!!!
it was so long,
plus the blood really digusted me!.
i didnt get my periods again!.
