Question: Need adults or teens that are experienced!?
ok i am 14 and really stressing out about this!. i have my period and just about a couple of months ago started to use tampons!.well the problem is is that i cant find the right products!. i use pads at night and tampons in the day time!. i dont like multi packs cause ther are not enough tampons for me!. what should i do !?
first day of period:
mostly brown and a little red stuff smostly use lites or a slender regular tampon!.
second day:
heavy need a ultra or super plus tampon
third day:
need a super plus
fourthday:
can use super
fifth day:
need regular
sixth day :
spotting need lite or pantyliner
i dont like tampx too expensive and i make leaky lol :D
i dont need to buy 6 different boxes of tampons!? can someone help meWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should just buy a box of pantyliners, a box of pads, and then a multi-pack of regular and supers!. They'll last you a long time if you use them all at different times like you say you do!. Or you could just buy a box of tampons and use them the whole time, just changing them at different times, say like every two hours on heavy flow days instead of every 4-6 hours like your supposed to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try ob tampons they ajust to your boby so you could go with a regular or a super must of the time then just use a liner Www@Answer-Health@Com
