Ok well I am 12 years old, I have NEVER had sex and I have NEVER gotten my period!.!. and just recently, maybe 2 days ago or something, I've been getting this brown discharge appear in my underwear!.!. it even shows up after getting out of the pool, and when i wipe, its brown there, it isn't a lot, but it's enough to stain my underwear, and it doesn't really smell bad, unless you like sniff it really up close!. anyway what could this be!!?!!?!!? could it be my period or something!? or something more dangerous!!?!!?!!? please help!! I'm kind of scared!.!.!.

Now's a good time to begin carrying a couple of tampons or pads in your purse at all times!.!.!. because for a couple of years, you might not have any idea when it's gonna start next!.

You may be having just really heavy discharge (which is a sign your period is coming) or it could be your period!. But you should know if its your period, I mean it is blood so it will be really dark brown/red and extremely noticeable!. If this sounds like what you see, then you need to purchase pads/tampons and let your guardian know!. If its just discharge a pantiliner will work! But you say you see if when you get out of the pool!? Then it is probably your period!.!.!. Ask a friend, family, member, or doctor and see what they think! Www@Answer-Health@Com
