Tampons!. You feel cleaner, and dont worry half as much about leaks etc like you do with pads!.And you can wear stuff you would never feel secure enough to wear when using pads! I only started using tampons a few months back and it is SO much better!. Even though most would tell you to use applicator ones if you're starting out, I think regular ones are waaaay better!. It depends on how heavy the flow is!.
Usually during the first day I wear both, then after that I just use tampons (super, normal, and light)!. I'm taking bc pills so it has only made me deal with my period for 3 days!.
If your period is really heavy and you use a pad at night when you go to sleep, you can wake up with a mess!. I use to wear pads until I started using tampons!. I think pads are like diapers lols=)
Pads absorb more, and although there are different sizes for different flows, it's a lot more bulkier to carry around!. Tampons are a little more discreet!.

I got my period when I was 12, and now i'm 19 and I just started using tampons last week!. I like tampons better! A LOT BETTER!. I feel more free and clean!. Yeah, it takes a while to get used to, but overall, I like them better!.

Tampons no matter what time of day it is, or what you are doing!. They are more comfortable and it doesnt feel like you are wearing a diaper and they are a lot more sanitary and not as messy!. But, that is just my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I prefer pads because of two reasons and its because my mom wont let me wear tampons til' i get older and the other reason is because i think its nastey to wear them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
