if you are feeling REALLY sad it is prob wise to go on meds!. loads of people are on them these days, it doesn't have a stigma attached to it anymore like it used to!.
it all about your serotonin levels in your brain!. and the meds just make these levels balanced!.
anyway if meds is out then getting out of the house is the best thing you can do, get a hobby, go for walks, go out with your friends, go to the gym, socialize, get a job, if you havent already got one!. just try not to be alone with your thoughts for to long, this is when things will be 100 times worse!. hope this helps you xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes some people just feel sad for no reason at all!. I personally think it has something to do with balance and stability in your body!. However, if it happens often and for no particular reason, it might be worth talking to a doctor about it because it may have something to do with your levels of serotonin!.
Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would imagine you are quite young so you might be sad for lots and lots of reasons!.

if it is serious please talk to someone like your mom or even a doctor (who has to keep it all confidential)

Otherwise its probably just a part of growing up hun :( listen to some music, go out with the girls, do some excercise or some dancing, join a club and stay healthy and active!.

Good luck and feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
