have you/ or would you ever send your child to boarding school bc they had mental illness!? with out knowing a whole lot about it!?!? what if after they went -- they told you it was bad and bad things were happeningWww@Answer-Health@Com

Of course not!!! A child with a mental illness needs to be with their parents!.!.!.sending them to boarding school would not be fair!. And if they told you bad things were happening i would get them out of there as soon as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is a difference between sending your child to boarding school because you don't want to be around them and sending them to boarding school because the school can help them deal with a mental illness!. Mental illness is not like a strep throat where you can take a pill once a day and it is cured!. Mental illness takes intense, continuous treatment!. If the school you are thinking about sending your child to is set up to treat and/or cure your child's illness, then you owe it to them to send them there!. Not sending them would be the same thing as refusing to allow a child to have surgery when their appendix is rupturing!. And if they tell you bad things are happening, investigate to see if they are true or if it is part of the child's illness that is making them say these things!. If it is true, pull them out of there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
