personally, i love my uterus and all my body parts, i don't under stand why you would have it removed!?! but i don't think i would unless it was cancer, and then afterwards i would just feel werid and maybe empty w/o it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well that depends on a lot of different factors!. What is your general health, WHY do you think you might remove it, do you have awful periods, etc!. If you have the terrible periods that so many women do, heavy heavy and lasting forever!.!.!. then you might want to!. Friends that have tell me it was the best thing they ever did, don't know why they waited so long!.
I went thru menopause very early, age 32, but if I was still having periods I would say take that thing outta me!!
Talk to friends who have had it done, and decide!. by the way, humans are not like dogs who get fat and lazy after they have been fixed!. THAT has nothing to do with the uterus, and more to do with state of mind!!

Hi! In my opinion, you should weigh the pros and cons of such a procedure!. Why would you consider removing it!? Do you have cancer!? Is your doctor recommending it!? If so, you probably should trust his or her expert opinion!. I am a nursing major, and from what I know so far, a doctor wouldn't recommend it without a good reason!. If you are asymptomatic, why go through that surgery!? Consider this: without your ovaries to secrete estrogen and other hormones, you would have to be on hormone replacement therapy!.!.!. Lots of pros and cons!. Talk to your doctor and trust his opinion!.

No you shouldn't remove your uterus!. Can't see how that'd be possible!. Best to let a surgeon whip it out instead!

you can live without it but u may lack a sex drive and there is NO WAY you can have kids if u do it!. think about it btw, my cousin got dumped when her guy found out she couldnt have kids, cause she doesnt have a uterus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
