you unwrap the tampon put the end inside your Virgina the end that doesn't have the sting put that up inside as far as you can then press on the end of the applicator and it will insert the tampon then just pull the applicator out and the tampon will stay in if you don't let go of the string before you pull the applicator out then you will pull it back out that is all you do is very simple to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
