The muscles in your vagina are called Kegel muscles, they actually help you hold in your pee, however if you work them out (LOL sounds kind of funny) but if you do, when you are having sex you can squeeze them for a tighter hold on the male member, so in order to strengthen these muscles, you can practice holding in your pee when you are going to the bathroom, so you would start to pee then stop and hold for 2 seconds!.
