Fibroscystic breasts?!
Question: Fibroscystic breasts!?
so i have fibroscystic lumps in my breasts and my mom said that if i take vitamin e they will go away[[shes a nurse and has the same thing]] but will my breasts get smaller!? or will they just turn ionto normal breast tissue!.!. because i have very smalkl breasts and do not want them to get smaller!.Also does the lumps effect the growing of breasts at all since mine are still growingWww@Answer-Health@Com

decreasing your caffeine intake (soda, coffee, tea etc) will be the best help for fibrocystic tissue!. no your breasts won't get smaller, the fiberous lumps will go away or get smaller & normal tissue will stay there or fill in!. evening primrose oil can be helpful as well!.
i have fibrocystic issues & have had to have 2 biopsies as sometimes you can't tell if the lumps are just fiberous or cancer-- so you should really decrease the caffeine now to prevent having biopsies later as you get to be of mammogram age!.
also sometimes hormone changes during the month can make the cysts come & go- that may be part of the cause for you too!.
oh, and I have smaller breasts too- and even having them biopsied (pieces taken out) hasn't changed the size or shape of them-- no worry for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had that when i was younger and my cousin found some lumps in her breasts- both time the dr said they weren't anything to be concerned about and to cut out caffiene it really worked!. i don't see how your breasts would get smallerWww@Answer-Health@Com
