Answers:
yup, clogged duct!. get in the shower and let the water beat down on it, as hot as you can stand it and massage downward toward the nipple!. if it doesnt clear use hot towels on it and continue to massage it out!. if it persists see a doctor or lactation nurse!. clogged ducts can cause mastitis!. an infection in the breast!. good luck
also you can pump or let the baby nurse

CANDICE IS WRONG WRONG WRONG!. past the first week or so (sore nipples) nursing should not hurt!. when theres pain, there is a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest a blocked duct!. It's not that uncommon and happens when you are nursing!. Anyone (that's nursing) can get it really!.

Since the pain have you been breast feeding him on that one!? If not I would suggest letting him feed, even though it hurts, if it's a blocked duct he can help fix it!. Or, you can try to hand pump from that breast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are nursing, it can an inflammed milk duct!. You can heat pack it!. Also, you baby may not be latching on properly on that side for some reason and putting too much pressure on the nipple rather than the entire area!.!.!.watch to see if your child is nursing the same on both sides!.

If you are still nursing you may have an infection of your breast!. Especially if you child is over a year old I am assuming you child has some teeth!. The smallest cut or nick to the breast can easily become infected!. Consult your doctor immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its deffintly the nursing!. It will do that to you trust me!. You'll feel fine and then itll just ache and ache!. Its just apart of nursing nothing to worry about!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
